Description

Margaret is our new Scandinavian-style sideboard from the 60s. This model is made up of several storage spaces: lockers and small cupboards. We love its small size, its graphic design and its perfect finishes. Note that one of its doors is a little difficult to close.

A short history of the enfilade

The first Scandinavian sideboards appeared in the 1950s. The Scandinavian-style sideboard is part of the innovative post-war furniture. Its airy lines and rectilinear volumes take up the sober style of modernist inspiration, with all the characteristics of Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish designers, etc. The Scandinavian sideboard is made of traditional cabinetmaking, generally in teak wood. It is used as a replacement for the traditional dining room buffet and now serves as a console. For a designer and pleasant living room, the sideboard is the perfect piece of furniture!
