To create a Debongout account, nothing could be simpler:
- Click on the “My Account” space at the top right of the home page in your browser, or on the menu from your mobile.
- Enter your email address on the identification page.
- Fill in the requested information and validate.
Note that our invitations will therefore be sent to the email address linked to your Facebook or Google / Gmail account.
To connect to your Debongout account, click on the “Account” space at the top right of the home page on your computer, or on the menu from your mobile.
Enter your email address and your password then confirm.
To change your password, go to your space at the top right and click on “Your information / your addresses”.
You also have the possibility to modify or delete your personal information such as your date of birth, telephone number, etc.
If you have forgotten your password, go to the “Account” space at the top right of the home page, enter your email address and click on “Forgot your password?”. You will then receive an email to reset it.
To receive our Newsletter, simply go to the bottom of the site's home page in the "stay informed" section and enter your email address.
If ever you do not receive our invitations, we invite you first to check your spam and to add the address email@example.com to your address book in your usual messaging solution.
If you no longer wish to receive our Newsletter, simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each of our Newsletters.
You can create one or more Debongout Wishlists. by clicking on the little heart on each product sheet.
You can then find it on this page , modify it and share it by email with your loved ones.
Please note that items added to these lists are not reserved for you.
In addition, in accordance with the legislation, you will find in the GDPR space of your account all the information that we record during our exchanges.
If you wish to delete your Debongout. account, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We draw your attention to the fact that this action will result in the loss of all your order history.
Welcome to Debongout!
To begin, we advise you to create your account. Then you are free to add the products you like to your basket.
Once your basket is complete, simply click on the "Order" button and follow the step-by-step instructions in three steps:
1/ You will first be prompted to create an account or continue in "guest mode".
2/ We will then ask you for a delivery address, and possibly a billing address. These addresses are always editable and manageable in your Debongout account. if you choose to create one.
3/ Finally, the last step will consist of choosing your method of payment and the carrier who will deliver your order.
And There you go !

Your order is validated from the moment you see it appear in your “My account / My orders” space.
A confirmation email will also be sent to you, with the number of your order as well as the summary of your basket.
As long as your order is not paid and validated you can always add or remove items from your basket
Once your order has been placed, however, you will have to cancel it entirely if you wish to modify an item.

Our partner Shopify Payments allows us to offer you all the usual payment methods, such as the main credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.
We also offer the possibility of payment in 3 installments free of charge for your purchases over €100 thanks to our partner Alma.
We do not save all of your credit card data, we only keep an imprint for your next orders and enough information to allow you to recognize your card in your customer area, i.e.:
- The last 4 digits of your credit card number
- Expiration date
- The type of card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- And the name of the cardholder.
In your basket, click on "Do you have a reduction code?" then enter the code in all caps, without spaces, exactly as it was presented to you.
Your code may be subject to a minimum amount (excluding shipping costs) which is often found in the promotion's terms and conditions.
When you make a payment by credit card, a security check is carried out by our payment partners (Shopify & Alma) with your banking institution.

Delivery and order tracking
Delivery is possible anywhere in France at Mondial Relay relay points and Shop2Shop by Chronopost (€2.90), at home with Colissimo or Chronopost (from €4.90) and is free from €250 .
For furniture, we work with private carriers who will deliver to you by appointment throughout France for €39, adapting to your needs and taking great care of your order.
Delivery is made to your building. Do not hesitate to contact us in advance if you need it done on your floor.

If you wish to change the delivery address, you must contact us directly at email@example.com or in the "About > Contact" section.

You have the option of saving and managing your delivery addresses so that you do not have to re-enter them when placing your order, or delete them. To do this, go to your “My account/Addresses” space.

You probably want to be able to have everything shipped at once and avoid paying twice for shipping.
To do this, write to us as soon as possible via the contact form (About > Contact) If your first order has not yet been dispatched, we will be happy to collect your orders and reimburse you for the delivery costs saved.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery, sending us photos of damaged or broken items. Our Customer Service will then explain the choices available to you.
It is essential that you inspect the product carefully on delivery as we require you to sign a receipt confirming that it has been delivered in good condition.
Points expire after 6 months of inactivity (no accumulation or use). You will be notified by email if some of your points expire in a few days.
Returns and Refunds
For any order placed online, you have a period of 14 calendar days to return one or more items to us: your refund will be made upon receipt and inspection of the items.
1 — PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE:
Place the items to be returned in their original packaging. They must be new, unused, and unwashed!
2 — CONTACT US:
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can send you your return form. Return costs vary from 5 to 60€ per order depending on the orders returned (depending on the size and weight of the items).
3 — SENDING YOUR RETURN:
If you were delivered in Metropolitan France - Don't forget to keep your proof of deposit!
If you have had it delivered Abroad — Returns are your responsibility: Send us your package to the following address: Debongout. 4 rue Martel, building C left, 75010 Paris, France. Don't forget to keep your proof of deposit
Remember in all circumstances to keep your proof of deposit until the return is complete!
If you have changed your mind or the item you ordered does not suit you, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
For this, we invite you to contact us. If you wish to return a product to us, we also invite you to consult the Returns and Refunds page to find out the return costs that may apply.
Once your refund has been confirmed by our services, your refund will appear in your account within a few days.
However, sometimes this delay may vary depending on the bank and the type of card you used. If you used a Paypal account, we invite you to consult your Paypal emails to ensure that your refund is not awaiting validation.
You can also contact us for more details. Return costs remain your responsibility and vary from €5 to €60 euros, per returned order, depending on the items you are returning (complete or partial). We will send you a pre-paid return label by email, its amount will be deducted from your refund and then confirmed by email.
During the launches of our collections, it is possible that items are quickly sold out.
However, you have the possibility of creating an alert in order to be kept informed of a possible restocking. To do this, simply click on the “Notify me of its return” button on the product sheet in question. You will receive an email a few hours before it goes live.
