A short history of the enfilade
The first Scandinavian sideboards appeared in the 1950s. The Scandinavian-style sideboard is part of the innovative post-war furniture. Its airy lines and rectilinear volumes take up the sober style of modernist inspiration, with all the characteristics of Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish designers, etc. The Scandinavian sideboard is made of traditional cabinetmaking, generally in teak wood.
