Gilbert, the white wooden country-style sideboard No. 1873

With its beautiful white patina and floral carved motif on the doors, this wooden sideboard brings a refined country feel. Its balanced presence allows it to fit just as well in a dining room as in a kitchen, where it can accommodate both tableware and table linens. The white wood pairs easily with natural materials, washed linen, and a few ceramics with simple lines. Adorned with vintage dishes and a bouquet of wildflowers, it creates a warm and polished scene. Signs of age are present.

A brief history of the sideboard
Anchored in the daily life of 19th-century provincial homes, the country sideboard is the guardian of generous meals. Crafted from solid woods such as oak or cherry, it is distinguished by its simple lines and unique patina, a testament to the passage of time. Whether called a "low sideboard" or a "two-body sideboard," it fits into a Rustic or Country Chic style depending on its ornaments. Unlike formal parlor furniture, it prioritizes functionality with its wide doors and deep drawers.
