With its oval silhouette and transparent glass, this mid-century coffee table brings a light aesthetic to the living room. The glass top allows light to circulate and highlights a textured rug, a fabric sofa, or a few carefully chosen objects. Its modest size makes it easy to live with, ideal in front of a sofa, in a reading nook, or to accompany moments of conviviality. Its contemporary style engages naturally with light wood, black metal, or furniture with clean lines. Topped with a beautiful art book and a low vase, it creates an elegant and understated ensemble.

Width: 110 cm
Depth: 50.5 cm
Height: 35 cm

A brief history of the coffee table
Unlike dining tables, the coffee table only truly appeared at the beginning of the 20th century, with the evolution of living rooms toward greater comfort and relaxation. Its structure, intentionally low to align with the seating of armchairs, was inspired by Oriental tea tables and 19th-century coffee stands. Known as a "living room table" or "cocktail table," it is defined by its generous top supported by a short, sturdy base.
