**Short story: **The Revillon chocolate factory was created in 1898 in Lyon by 4 chocolatiers Jean-Christophe Pelen, Jean-François Thomas, Antoine Larrive and Louis Révillon.
At that time, it produced cream and praline balls, papillotes... and cocoa powder.
