Adopt this vintage Bajouca village rug, created in 1952, woven from cotton and linen for a soft and naturally warm feel. Its beige and taupe stripes, bordered with green squares, offer a discreet pattern that elegantly structures the space. Of an intermediate size, it easily fits under a coffee table or at the foot of a bed, creating a welcoming atmosphere, subtly patinated by time. Increasingly rare, these "mantas de trapos" are sourced by Saudade Design throughout Portugal. Handmade, sometimes centuries old, they bear witness to ancestral craftsmanship and stand the test of time without losing their luster. These soulful rugs are brought back into the spotlight to continue their legacy, whether on the floor or on the wall. Machine washable at 40°C.
