This dark wood rattan bedside table, sourced for its country charm, brings a natural touch to the bedside. Its warm weave creates a dialogue with a minimalist bedroom, while its dark wood tone gives it a measured presence. The drawer offers useful storage to keep a book, glasses, or a few evening essentials within reach, and its height allows for small everyday objects to be tucked away. With a size that is easy to place against a wall or next to a bed, it willingly complements a soft atmosphere, between vintage linens and a ceramic lamp. Topped with a low vase or a glass of water, it creates a neat sleeping area.

A brief history of the bedside table
The term "chevet" (bedside table) has referred to a small piece of furniture placed next to the bed since the Middle Ages. Initially designed as a stand for a lamp or personal items, the bedside table has evolved over time to include drawers and shelves. Essential in the bedroom, it now combines functionality and design, adapting to all interior styles.
