This vintage wooden bedside table, in a soft cream hue, brings a contemporary and understated touch to the bedside. Sourced for its discreet presence, this nightstand can also serve as a side table in a living room, where its circular top can hold a lamp, a book, or a cup. Its small size allows it to slip easily next to a sofa or at the foot of a bed without cluttering the space. Dating from the seventies, it lends itself to a minimalist decor, paired with light-colored linens, matte ceramics, or an armchair with modern lines. Topped with a bud vase or a stack of beautiful books, it creates a refined and delicate scene.

Height: 26 cm
Diameter: 37 cm

A brief history of the bedside table
The term "chevet" (bedside table) has referred to a small piece of furniture placed next to the bed since the Middle Ages. Initially designed as a support for a lamp or personal items, the bedside table evolved over time to include drawers and shelves. Essential in the bedroom, it now combines functionality and design, adapting to all interior styles.
