With its country spirit and light wood lines, this vintage veneer vanity table finds its place naturally in a child's bedroom or a small beauty nook. Its integrated mirror and two drawers offer simple storage for everyday accessories, while its compact format allows it to be installed easily without crowding the space. The light wood adds a soft, luminous touch that is easy to pair with vintage linens, a straw-seated chair, or a ceramic lamp. This antique piece works just as well in a bedroom as it does in an entryway. On the tabletop, a small earthenware vase and a few brushes are enough to compose a delicate arrangement.

A little history of the vanity table
The term “coiffeuse” appeared at the beginning of the 20th century, even though the piece of furniture has existed since antiquity. Composed of a shelf, one or more mirrors, and numerous drawers, the vanity is a storage unit, but above all a place for preparation where one applies makeup, perfume, and styles hair. While originally intended for both men and women, it quickly became the embodiment of feminine mystery. The vanity could indeed be equipped with secret compartments to hold intimate correspondence. Today, the vanity table is back in the spotlight and works very well in all interior styles!
