With its rounded silhouette and smoked glass, this glass dining table embodies a contemporary spirit enhanced by a mid-century touch. Its clear top and metal base create a graphic piece, ideal for elegantly structuring a dining room. The generous diameter comfortably accommodates four guests for both everyday meals and more formal dinners. The tinted transparency of the glass visually lightens the whole, making it easy to pair with wooden, leather, or velvet chairs. Set with a linen tablecloth and a few colored glasses, it creates a dining arrangement that is as simple as it is refined.

A brief history of the dining table
Long absent from interiors, the dining table did not appear as a permanent piece of furniture until the 18th century, with the birth of the dedicated dining room. Previously, one would "set the table" on simple trestles that were stored away after the meal to free up space. Whether round, oval, or rectangular, it is defined by its generous top supported by a central base or legs at the four corners. Also known as a "dining room table" or "reception table," it is the beating heart of the home, designed to anchor moments of sharing with durability and style.
