This light blue, distressed and restored solid wood sideboard brings a soft and refined country touch to the home. Its design is accentuated by a curved cornice, while the sky-blue painted finish gives it a bright and elegant presence. The lower section features two doors and two drawers, providing convenient storage for tableware, linens, or everyday items. The upper section, with three shelves, keeps jars, cookbooks, or a few carefully chosen pieces within easy reach. In a dining room, it readily displays fine tableware and a bouquet of wildflowers.

A brief history of the sideboard
Rooted in the everyday life of 19th-century provincial homes, the country sideboard is the guardian of generous meals. Crafted from solid woods such as oak or cherry, it stands out for its simple lines and unique patina, a testament to the passage of time. Whether called a "low sideboard" or a "two-piece sideboard," it fits into a Rustic or Country Chic style depending on its ornamentation. Unlike formal living room furniture, it prioritizes functionality with its wide doors and deep drawers.
