The fabric and resin ottoman plays a soft, contemporary tune, with its green felt structure and removable white resin tray. This second-hand piece is equally suited for use as a coffee table or a side table, in a living room or a reading nook. Its removable top makes serving a tray of drinks easy, while its green-clad base pairs beautifully with cream cushions, a textured rug, or a ceramic lamp. Placed in front of a sofa, it holds a few books, a low vase, or a stack of magazines with a refined presence.

Width: 62 cm
Depth: 48 cm
Height: 38 cm

A brief history of the coffee table
Unlike dining tables, the coffee table only truly emerged at the beginning of the 20th century as living rooms evolved toward greater comfort and relaxation. Its structure, deliberately low to align with the seating height of armchairs, was inspired by Oriental tea tables and 19th-century coffee stands. Known as a "salon table" or "cocktail table," it is defined by its generous surface supported by short, sturdy legs.
