Enhance your space with this 60s/70s rattan coffee table, a piece of furniture with timeless charm. Its clean, modern lines bring a retro touch to your interior, whether in the living room, dining room, or even the kitchen. The black metal legs contrast delicately with the warmth of the rattan, creating a perfect balance between elegance and functionality. In excellent condition, it stands out for its unique character and will quickly become the centerpiece of your decor. Slight signs of wear consistent with age.

Height: 49 cm
Diameter: 52 cm

A brief history of the coffee table
Unlike dining tables, the coffee table did not truly emerge until the beginning of the 20th century, as living rooms evolved toward greater comfort and relaxation. Its structure, deliberately low to align with the seat of armchairs, was inspired by Oriental tea tables and 19th-century coffee stands. Known as a "living room table" or "cocktail table," it is defined by its generous tabletop supported by a short, sturdy base.
