A short history of the service
The serving trolley, also called a serving table, was invented in the 17th century. At the time, it was used to serve and clear dishes and dishes during meals. Equipped with casters, it can be moved from one place to another effortlessly and allows the table to be cleared more quickly by reducing the number of trips between the dining room and the kitchen. It is because of its great utility that the serving trolley has become an important piece of furniture, also used to serve tea or breakfast.
