The family-owned Thonet factory took over the model to reinvent the rocking chair with the technique of steam-bent bentwood. The rocking chair caused a sensation in Europe and was imported as far as the United States, where the rocking chair became a staple of the American Empire style. Its gentle rocking is perfect for indulging in your daydreams with a good cup of tea!
