French artist and visual artist Baptiste Penin explores the notion of territory through his works called Cartographic Curiosities . By connecting spaces with thread and sewing, he offers a poetic and personal reading of the world, transforming maps and coastlines into abstract and vibrant compositions. Each thread becomes a trace of memory and a gesture of connection and creation.
