Painter and draftsman, Hubert Mardi poetically explores the link between Man and Machine. Influenced by Line Art and the graphic forms of Bauhaus, he creates works combining minimalist lines, dreamlike symbols and architectural compositions. His paintings, created in stages, combine spontaneous drawing and technical precision thanks to engraving work in a thick material (plaster and acrylic). He also developed a unique reproduction process called Slow Print , where a robotic arm transcribes his charcoal drawings onto recycled paper, deliberately integrating slight imperfections. A former street artist, Hubert Mardi infuses each creation with a deeply personal dimension, driven by authenticity and the search for meaning.
