Painter and draftsman Hubert Mardi sensitively explores the relationship between Man and Machine. Inspired by Line Art and Bauhaus aesthetics, he creates works that blend minimalist lines, dreamlike symbols, and architectural compositions. His work balances spontaneity and technical mastery: he engraves, paints, or draws in stages, and develops unique processes such as Slow Print, where a robotic arm transcribes his charcoal drawings onto recycled paper, intentionally incorporating slight imperfections. A former street artist, he infuses each of his creations with a deeply personal dimension, guided by the quest for authenticity and the search for meaning.
