Our Zacharie benches are back!

Undoubtedly, our Zacharie bench is one of our favorites! Unearthed by Debongout from the start of the adventure, it has become a timeless piece, which you like as much as we do. The good news of the week is that Zacharie is available again on our e-shop , in all sizes! The bad news is that it leaves very very quickly. Morality: go for it!

Little story of this timeless

Zacharie is made of recycled teak, in Indonesia. The teak comes from old buildings that have been destroyed, it is then reused to make furniture. Each bench is therefore unique due to the small irregularities in the wood… which gives them that raw look that we love ! Zacharie is the simple and perfect little bench that we would all have dreamed of imagining. It is made entirely of wood, a seat wide enough to be comfortably seated and a perfectly stable base. The little rustic touch (just the right amount!) that works wonderfully alongside more modern pieces.

Zacharie is available in 4 sizes: 2 small stool benches (40 and 50 cm long) and 2 large benches (120 and 140 cm long).

One bench, many uses

The main advantage of Zacharie is to be able to sit in different places in the house and even on the terrace . The stools can be used as a dining area at the end of the table, or as small side tables. A side table to put books and magazines on, a bedside table that will hold a Colette lamp … these stools find their place everywhere.

The large bench version is ideal for dressing one or both sides of a large and beautiful farmhouse table . But it can also be placed in an entrance or a hallway if you are looking for a simple and practical booster seat in a bohemian style. Zacharie can also be adopted in the bedroom, its large size makes it the perfect end of bed!
