The month of July announces the summer holidays, the beginning of summer, the real one. Finally, we no longer think about anything, we no longer look at the time, we just let ourselves be carried away by the sweetness of the long sunny days. For the occasion, we offer you a new collection that smells of the sea and warm sand, made up of handcrafted furniture and warm accessories.
Jeudi sur mer is designed to create the summer atmosphere we all dream of, in the middle of the living room or on the terrace. Ethnic and bohemian inspirations mingle in this carefully chosen selection of furniture and accessories.
African craftsmanship and natural materials are in the spotlight. The Tahar armchair, the Sarah coffee table and the Adama bench are entirely handcrafted in natural rattan from Malawi. Issam and Mahdi , our XXL baskets are in braided mat and come from South Africa. Carlotta , the fruit bell is woven by hand in Burkina Faso. The result is pieces where everything has been well thought out and worked on, down to the smallest details. These pieces of furniture and accessories that tell a story are essential for us to create a personal and authentic atmosphere .
We also wanted to play on the colors, soft and warm, like the shades offered by the sun in this very special time . The natural beige of the woven furniture goes perfectly with the few strong and remarkable colors we have chosen: blush pink, pomegranate red or sienna. Our Maël and Armel cushions offer the perfect shades to adopt to give relief to a bench, an armchair or a small stool .
Finally, we bet on a few ethnic-inspired accessories that make great decorative items . Edem the fan, Domi the rug swatter, Imany the bamboo leaf, Yao the hammered iron vase… They find their place on a piece of furniture or attach directly to the wall.
