Appearing during the reign of Louis XIV, it was such a prestigious display piece that it often took pride of place in reception rooms rather than in closets. It introduced the sliding drawer, a revolution that finally allowed access to one's belongings without emptying everything out. Whether called a \"sauteuse\" chest (on high legs) or a \"tombeau\" chest, it is defined by its generous top and a front punctuated by two or three rows of drawers. \u003c\/p\u003e\n","brand":"Marion","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":53797064147280,"sku":"B-MARION-081026-16","price":669.0,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0518\/5241\/1051\/files\/B-MARION-081026-16_1.jpg?v=1791814490","url":"https:\/\/debongout-paris.com\/en\/products\/garance-commode-bois-artdeco-774","provider":"Debongout","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
